No, sorry we cannot, if you want the items, we suggest you place an order, this will allocate the stock to you.

No, prices fluctuate. the rare occasions we do have a sale it will always be a genuine one.

We only have an online presence, so we are open 24hrs a day however we try to man our online chat 12 hours a day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REFUND ME?

Refunds can take up to 72hrs but of often processed faster than that. It depends on the time and day of week vs public holidays etc when the refund request was made. However, we will always stive to expedite this matter for you.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Ireland, UK and EU.

HOW ARE GOODS DISPATCHED?

They are dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Any order after that will be sent the following day.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY PRICES?

£5 for delivery in Northern Ireland up to 30kg. €7 for delivery to ROI up to 30kg.

I’M NOT GOING TO BE IN WHEN YOU DELIVER MY PARCEL. WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

That is really up to the courier and the size of the item but with tracking you can easily workout how best to get your parcel. Often it will be left outside with a note but sometimes they reattempt delivery the next day either way they left a note and update the tracking information.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR PACKAGING?

Very secure, we have purpose-built packaging and use a trusted courier service.

If placed before 3pm you should get it the very next working day, once shipped its out of our hands but we have provided tracking for all order. Orders into Mainland EU can take longer but the tracking information is visible from the start to end destination.

WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY STATEMENT IF I PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

We only accept bank transfers at the moment. The reference should always be your order number so that only thing that will appear is an order number. We are working on accepting payments online, please be patient.

1. DO YOU SELL “PICK ‘N’ MIX” SEEDS?

No, but occasionally some seed companies offer promotional MIX packets. Please contact via chat or email to find out more.

2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We do not accept ANY returns. Most of our products are sold as souvenirs. We will replace anything damaged in transit.

3. CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Motels
