Ongrok Glass Tear-Drop Spoon Pipe

The Ongrok Tear-Drop Spoon Pipe is a frosted borosilicate hand pipe with two things most glass spoons lack: feet on the underside so it sits still on a table instead of rolling off it, and a carb placed where your thumb naturally lands on the tapered body. The frosted finish hides fingerprints and gives a grip that clear glass doesn't.

Borosilicate handles repeated heating without stress fractures. Seven colours — the glass line uses its own palette (blue, gold, grey, green, lavender, orange, rose gold) rather than the anodised aluminium colours.

How it performs

It's a spoon pipe, and a good one: bowl at the wide end, mouthpiece at the narrow end, thumb over the carb to draw and off to clear. The teardrop taper fits the hand better than a symmetrical spoon and the feet are the detail you notice every time you put it down. Glass means nothing added to the taste.

Looking after it

Frosted glass hides fingerprints, not resin — clean it on the same schedule as clear glass. Soak overnight in isopropyl and salt, rinse, dry. See our cleaning products.
